2025 Human Rights Campaign Houston Dinner Theme & Design Contest!
We are thrilled to announce an inspiring talent search aimed at identifying, elevating, and showcasing the exceptional creative talent within Houston's LGBTQ+ community.
Submissions are accepted between Sept 2nd & extended to Nov 30th 2024. Winning announcements will happen on or before February 28th 2025

- Theme Inspiration: Designs should incorporate the themes of Houston, unity, inclusivity, diversity, homegrown talent, LGBTQ+ equality, and human rights. Theme should focus on highlighting diverse Houston talent.
- Eligibility: Open to all members of the Houston LGBTQ+ community and allies. Goal is feature the untapped talent within Houston’s LGBTQ+ community.
- Submission Format: Digital designs submitted in high-resolution formats (e.g., .PNG, .JPG, .PDF).
- Ownership: All submissions will become the property of the Human Rights Campaign.
- Selection Process: Final selections will be made by the local HRC steering committee in collaboration with local community organizers and LGBTQ+ service providers.
- Submission Deadline: October 31st.

Our goal, as we engage our community in this creative journey, is to foster a spirit of unity, inclusivity, and pride that reflects the heart of Houston. This talent search is the springboard to announce the upcoming May 2025 HRC Dinner, where a fresh and exciting design from a local talent will take center stage.
- Highlight the upcoming 2025 Houston HRC Dinner
- Local LGBTQ+ artists, graphic designers, and creative professionals.
- Local community members, High School & University students in art and design, local, and allies of the LGBTQ+ community with a passion for design.
- Showcase Your Talent: "Your design will take center stage across all HRC Dinner marketing and collateral, reaching an audience of over 500 influential dinner attendees, including corporate sponsors, local politicians, and key LGBTQ+ community organizers. Imagine your theme celebrated and shared with those who shape and support our vibrant community!"
- Empowerment: "Showcase your talent and contribute to a cause that celebrates our community."
- Inclusivity: "Whether you're a student or a professional, we want to see your vision come to life."
- Community Pride: "Houston is home to incredible talent. Let’s spotlight the creativity that makes our city unique."
