Kevin McHale, Viability Honoree

When it comes to talented celebrities in the entertainment industry, Kevin McHale is a name that deserves recognition. This multi-talented artist has made a significant impact in the world of music and acting, capturing the hearts of millions of fans worldwide. With his unique ability to capturing an audience, his impressive range of talents, and his charismatic personalty, McHale quickly became a household name from playing roles like "Artie" on Glee to appearing on shows such as American Horror Stories, The Office, True Blood and more.

Along the way, he used his notoriety for things he was passionate about. Kevin worked on the reelection campaign for Obama, as well as Hilary Clinton's presidential election campaign. Kevin is passionate about civil rights, gun control, depression & suicide prevention, LGBTQ issues, adoption & the Alexandria house.

Kevin currently heads the podcast " And Thats What You REALLY Missed" with Glee costar Jenna Ushkowit, where they recap episodes of Glee weekly. The podcast can be streamed wherever you listen to podcast.

Rice University and Rice PRIDE

Rice Pride is the student led organization empowering and supporting all LGBTQIA+ undergraduate students at Rice University.

Their Queer Resource Center (QRC) is a meeting space with a library of queer books, including short stories, history, and fiction. The center is staffed by student volunteers trained in crisis intervention and resources available to LGBTQ+ students.

Rice Pride's aim is to educate and advocate both within and beyond the community.

Reymundo Ocañas, Leadership Award


At PNC, Mr. Ocañas is responsible for the team dedicated to proving low- and moderate-income communities across the banks's footprint using innovative financial transactions, the delivery of programs supporting families and neighborhoods and through strategic grantmaking coast to coast.

He leads the teams producing CRA-eligible community development lending and investment across PNC markets, with a primary focus on commercial and residential real estate, community development financial institutions and opportunity zone financing.

Mr. Ocañas is responsible for the launch and delivery of PNC's $88 Billion Community Benefits Plan announced March 2021 that will provide $47 Billion in residential mortgage and home equity loans; $26.5 billion in loans to small business, $14.5 billion in community development loans, including at least $400 million for community development financial institutions ; and and $500 million in charitable giving, sponsorship sand philanthropic grants. This Plan also includes a $1.5 Billion commitment to address systemic racism through the deployment of capital and programs that provide economic opportunity for communities of color across the U.S.

Before joining the bank in 2009, Ocañas held positions with BBVA (merged with PNC), Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bank of America, the Texas Association of Community Development Corporations and the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
